Valbusin S.à r.l. attaches great importance to the protection of your personal data. This policy explains what data is collected on this website, why, and how to exercise your rights, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Luxembourg law of 1 August 2018 on data protection.

Data collected
We only collect data that you provide voluntarily:
- through the contact form: name, email address, phone number (optional), subject of the enquiry and message;
- when you email or call us: the information contained in your message.
During any visit, the hosting provider also records technical connection data (IP address, date and time, pages viewed, browser type) required for the operation and security of the website.
To limit abusive use of the form and protect access to the administration area, the website briefly keeps a technical fingerprint of the IP address, not the address itself: for up to one hour after a message is sent, and fifteen minutes after a failed login attempt. This fingerprint is not linked to any other data.
Purposes and legal bases
- Responding to your enquiries and, where applicable, preparing a collaboration: pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and legitimate interest in responding to requests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Ensuring the security of the website and preventing abuse (spam filtering, limiting the number of submissions, technical logs): legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Your data is never used for advertising, is not subject to profiling or automated decision-making, and is never sold or transferred.
Retention periods
- Contact requests: three years from our last exchange, unless a contractual relationship exists, in which case statutory retention periods apply.
- Technical fingerprint of the IP address used against abuse: up to one hour.
- Hosting provider's technical logs: a limited period set by the hosting provider for security reasons.
Recipients and processors
Your data is intended exclusively for Valbusin S.à r.l.. It may be processed on our behalf and according to our instructions by:
- LWS (Ligne Web Services, France): hosting of the website and of our email service, through which messages sent via the form are transmitted.
Hosting location
Your data is hosted within the European Union. No data is transferred outside the European Economic Area. Messages sent through the form are transmitted by email and are not stored on the website server.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not place any cookies on visitors' devices and does not use any analytics, advertising or tracking tools. No consent is therefore required in this respect.
Only the people in charge of managing the website receive, when they log in to the administration area, technical cookies that are strictly necessary for that login.
Fonts are hosted directly on our website: no data is transmitted to a third party when they load. Links to LinkedIn and Google Maps transmit no data until you click on them; once on those sites, their own privacy policies apply.
Your rights
You may at any time exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and data portability. To do so, write to contact@valbusin.com or by post to our registered office. We respond within one month.
If you believe your rights have not been respected, you may lodge a complaint with the Luxembourg National Commission for Data Protection (CNPD), 15, boulevard du Jazz, L-4370 Belvaux (cnpd.public.lu).
Security
The website is only accessible over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or disclosure.
Changes
This policy may be updated to reflect changes to the website or to regulations. The date of the last update appears at the top of this page.
